Eight months ago, Honoring Choices embarked on the "Palliative Care Project" with the Northeast Palliative Care Regional Group, Mass Comprehensive Cancer Prevention and Control Network, and our Community Partners.

We hadone collaborative goal: to create consumer-friendly information & tools that empower consumers and care providers to start effective palliative care discussionsat first diagnosis and continuing all through the serious illness journey.

We are thrilled to launch the new Honoring Choices"Palliative Care" webpage . It has everything you needto start a palliative care discussion including:
