Join the Committee!

The MARN Continuing Education Committee, an accredited Approver Unit, is seeking RN's interested in shaping the future of continuing education in the Commonwealth! 

Time Commitment:    Monthly 3 meetings, usually held from 9-12 on the 1st Wednesday of the month in Milton, Wellesley, or via teleconference. 

Benefits:    Experienced nurse planners benefit by being the first to know of changes to the ANCC criteria and ability to give feedback directly to ANCC!  New nurse planners benefit from the wealth of experience of the committee and can apply that knowledge immediately! 

Qualifications:  Must be a MARN member and interested in the standards of nursing professional development and continuing nursing education.

Minimum Degree Required:    ANCC requires the minimum of a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing in order for RN's to serve on the approver unit.  MARN welcomes all members to serve on the committee, however, you would not be able to independently review applications without a BS or higher in Nursing.
