ANA and American Delirium Society Launch New Resource Website
ANA collaborated with the American Delirium Society and a work group of content experts to create a website that raises awareness about delirium, a serious but preventable neurological condition, and provides resources to help nurses prevent, identify and treat it. ANA promotes nursing excellence through ethics, standards and best practices. Learning best practices to address delirium is important for ANA and ADS members as well as nurses in all health care settings. Frontline registered nurses work with patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and are ideally positioned to drive delirium prevention and treatment. Learn more
