The ANA Nominations and Elections Committee met on January 29, 2018, to review nominations received in response to the Call for Nominations issued by the Committee on December 8, 2017. The following nominations were received:
President: one (1) nomination
Secretary: one (1) nomination
Director-at-Large (elect two): four (4) nominations
Director-at-Large, Staff Nurse: one (1) nomination
Member of the Nominations and Elections Committee (elect three): one (1) nomination
Due to insufficient nominations for the offices of President, Secretary, and Director-at-Large Staff Nurse, and for the positions as Member of the Nomination and Elections Committee, the Committee issued a Second Call for Nominations for these four positions only. Nominations must be received by 11:59 pm EST on Monday, February 19, 2018 to be considered. Please send any questions regarding the Second Call for Nominations to nec@ana.org.
