The American Red Cross is asking for nurses and other health professionals to volunteer to meet the needs of individuals affected by disasters.
RNs with an active license are encouraged to apply. Services may include client assessment and provision of hands-on care. Daily observation and health screening for COVID-19-like illness for all shelter clients may also be required. RNs supervise all clinical tasks in an RN-led model.
Apply now: search for “Disaster Health Services Volunteer” in the search bar to find positions.
