The Nursing Council on Workforce Sustainability is pleased to announce that the application period is now open for the Nursing Apprenticeship Planning Grant Opportunity. These planning grants are designed to support partnerships between healthcare organizations and public higher education institutions to develop and register Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse apprenticeship programs in Massachusetts.
The application period runs from February 9 through March 6, 2026, and completed applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on March 6, 2026.
To assist prospective applicants, NCWS will host an informational webinar on Tuesday, February 17, from 10:00-11:00 a.m. (ET). This session will provide a step-by-step overview of the application process and address frequently asked questions.
