The Well-Being Initiative resources are available to everyone—membership in a professional association is not required.

Every day,  across  the  nation,  millions  of  nurses experience extraordinary stress and other impacts to their mental health and well-being as the pandemic continues.

The COVID-19 pandemic has intensified the need to support mental well-being, especially for nurses who are already facing alarming levels of burnout and psychological trauma. RNconnect 2 Well-being is an opt-in text messaging system where Nurses receive two supportive messages weekly that connect them to self-care resources. Sign up for this free resource by texting RNconnectMA to 60298.

In partnership with other leading nurse organizations, the American Nurses Foundation launched the Well-Being Initiative to offer resources that focus on caring for nurses as they tirelessly care for others.
