Tanya Lott is Magnet® Program Director at Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital, a part of Roper St. Francis Healthcare, in Charleston, SC. Under her leadership, Bon Secours St. Francis achieved its first Magnet designation and redesignation. Tanya is an ANCC-certified perinatal nurse and frequently works in the Special Care Nursery to meet certification requirements and stay connected to direct patient care. She facilitates several shared governance councils and is passionate about the impact of shared governance on nursing practice in her organization. Tanya is currently enrolled in the University of South Carolina's DNP program in Executive Leadership.
