Many physicians and clinical care teams have not received formal training in palliative medicine, yet are being asked to initiate palliative care discussions with patients diagnosed with a serious illness. Thiswebinar offers primary and specialty clinicians a set of key questions & tools to open a palliative care discussion with patients at any phase of serious illness, from first diagnosis, to curative treatments and through to end of life care.
