ANA's Capitol Beat blog, the latest post called "'N' is for Nurses: A Political Terminology Guide for the Upcoming Election," does a deep dive into political jargon. It covers all sorts of words and phrases people might hear when they turn on the local news — "top of the ticket," "redistricting," "exit polls." Language is so important, and having this strong foundation will help build a better-informed nurse electorate. Members can find it online here.

Nurses Vote is ANA's voting hub. Individuals can check their voter registration status, see who is on their ballot, and use the get out the vote (GOTV) social media toolkit to amplify the election with their networks.
