Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines
ANAMASS members and all Registered Nurses are encouraged to submit abstracts for consideration for poster presentation. Abstracts should include: introduction or statement of purpose; method (or approach); results (outcome); and implications for practice. Posters may focus on the identified theme of the conference or innovations in practice, education, management, leadership, research, evidenced based practice, informatics/technology, or quality improvement to enhance care delivery and professional practice.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

· Posters will be displayed in the Exhibitor area to maximize visibility and interaction with conference participants.

· Poster presenters must be available during registration, breakfast service, and breaks to field questions and discuss their work with conference participants.

· The Professional Development Committee would be happy to answer any questions about the submission process or poster content. Please contact Lisa Presutti, Office Administrator at lpresutti@anamass.org.

Poster Set-Up and Removal:

· Posters must be setup by no later than 7:30 a.m.

· All posters must be mounted to a 40” (h) x 60” (w) rigid foamboard. It is the presenter’s responsibility to provide the foamboard and mount the poster PRIOR to the program.

· ANAMASS/Facility will provide an easel to display your poster.

Conditions/Notification of Acceptance:

· The ANA Massachusetts Professional Development Committee will review all abstract submissions.

· Applicants will be notified of the Committee’s decision via email.

· All presenters MUST register in advance for the conference by the published deadlines (discount registration offered for First Author only).
